Walk-In Clinic
Assessment for urgent, non-life-threatening concerns when physician schedules and daily capacity permit.

Call before attending
Walk-in availability can change throughout the day and may close when capacity is reached. Calling before travelling helps reception guide you based on the current schedule.
Walk-in care is not a substitute for emergency care and may not be suitable for complex, ongoing, or administrative concerns that require more time.
Acute illness
Assessment of new, non-emergency symptoms such as sore throat, cough, fever, ear pain, or urinary concerns.
Minor injuries
Assessment of selected minor injuries, wounds, sprains, or other concerns suitable for a clinic setting.
Follow-up and referral
A physician may recommend follow-up, testing, imaging, or specialist referral when medically indicated.
When to seek emergency care
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, major injury, loss of consciousness, or another emergency.
Help us protect other patients
If you have fever, a new cough, vomiting, diarrhea, or another potentially contagious symptom, call before attending. Reception may suggest a phone consultation, masking, a specific arrival process, or another care setting.
Confirm Walk-In Availability
Call the clinic before visiting. Capacity and physician availability can change without notice.
