Due to COVID-19 concerns, the waiting room is closed. Please call first to schedule an in-person appointment time. You can also book a virtual doctor appointment here.

Do not attend if you have any COVID-19 symptoms (view here), instead, contact the nurse's hotline at 811.

Patients are requested to arrive on time for their scheduled in-person appointment and to call the reception when they arrive to be let into the clinic. We welcome you with hand sanitizer. All patients are requested to wear a mask when entering the clinic.

At this stage old-orchard will not be offering flu shots.

Also do not attend if:

• You have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks
• You think you have been exposed to COVID-19 and have no symptoms
• Returned from outside the country in the past 14 days

Our patient medical services include general and family practice and a walk-in clinic. Our experienced doctors diagnose and treat illnesses, make referrals to specialists, and provide preventative care and patient education. Walk-in treatments are available to out-of-country patients or uninsured patients. The following are just some of the medical services our doctors offer:
